    What You’ll Do

     

    + Sort, process, and distribute high volumes of incoming and outgoing mail

    + Operate mailroom equipment (meters, scanners, postage machines) with accuracy

    + Maintain detailed logs of packages and deliveries

    + Support shipping and receiving tasks, including preparing outgoing parcels

    + Assist other departments with mail-related requests

    + Adapt quickly as priorities shift throughout the day

    Requirements

    + Ability to thrive in a fast, high-volume environment

    + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

    + Reliability and a “jump-in-and-get-it-done” attitude

    + Clear communication and a team-focused mindset

    + Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stay active during your shift

    + Basic computer skills (email, tracking software, scanning systems)
