Description Contact Center Representative

• This is a customer service contact center position with structured scheduling

• This will be an in-office position. Remote work is not available for this position

We will count on you to:

• Be a part of a team of colleagues that demonstrate a passion for providing excellent customer service, while maintaining efficiency on calls

• Handle inbound telephone calls and document all interactions

• Research customer inquiries and follow up with customers as needed via email or outbound phone calls

• Respond formally to correspondence, either verbally or in writing, utilizing all reference material necessary to provide an informed response to the customer

• Request additional/missing information from the customer via written or verbal communication

• Ability to troubleshoot basic website errors or website navigation questions

• Assist with renewals or policy questions

• Ability and flexibility of working an 8-hour day, as well as any overtime needs

What you need:

• HS diploma or equivalent

• Computer proficiency (data entry, email, etc.)

• Microsoft office (Outlook, Teams)

• Basic computer troubleshooting skills

• Time management and multitasking skills

• Adaptability- flexible/adjusts to change

• Strong oral and written communication skills

• Willingness to receive coaching and feedback

What makes you stand out:

• Bachelor’s degree

• Excellent verbal and written communication

• Understanding of insurance products

• Previous call center experience
