Description

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Attorney/Lawyer to join our team in Cincinnati, Ohio on a long-term contract basis. This role involves reviewing and validating customer agreements, ensuring compliance with legal standards, and overseeing quality assurance processes. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in reviewing and validating with strong analytical and documentation skills.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a comprehensive methodology for data review and provide training to the execution team.

• Conduct detailed reviews of customer account data, focusing on approximately 50 fields per account.

• Validate contract and agreement terms through legal review processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Monitor progress and generate quality dashboards and detailed reports based on customer data.

• Maintain structured documentation to support decisions, activities, and outcomes.

• Perform quality assurance checks on output data, ensuring accuracy and adherence to agreed standards.

• Track progress and create burn-down reports for the initial set of 1,000 customer accounts.

• Work within secure environments with restricted access to sensitive data.

Requirements

• Must hold a valid license to practice as an attorney.

• Proficiency in conducting discovery processes and legal document reviews.

• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards.

• Adept at creating structured documentation for legal and operational purposes.

• Familiarity with monitoring and reporting tools to track progress and quality.

• Excellent communication and training skills to guide team members effectively.
