    Are you a financial analyst with a passion for commercial real estate, investment analysis, and portfolio management? Our client, a leading organization in the real estate investment and development sector, is seeking a skilled professional to join their team. This is your chance to work on high-impact projects, leverage advanced financial modeling, and influence strategic decisions.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Develop and maintain financial models for real estate investments, acquisitions, and capital expenditure proposals.

    + Prepare quarterly forecasts, budget analysis, and performance reporting for a diverse property portfolio.

    + Collaborate with asset management, development teams, and investment committees to evaluate underwriting opportunities.

    + Consolidate and analyze data on NOI, occupancy rates, portfolio risk, and NAV benchmarks.

    + Provide ad-hoc financial analysis, lease alternative modeling, and capital evaluation.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

    • 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within the real estate industry.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

    • Experience with financial analysis software such as Argus and Yardi is preferred.

    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to define problems, collect relevant data, and identify actionable solutions.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.

    • Demonstrated ability to adapt to new software and technologies.

    • Customer service-oriented mindset, with strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
