    Overview

     

    The Leadership Development Partner is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing leadership development initiatives that build organizational capability and prepare leaders for future roles. This role partners closely with HR, business leaders, and learning teams to deliver high-impact programs that support leadership growth across all levels of the organization. A critical focus of this role is ensuring leadership development programs are aligned with evolving business needs and informed by stakeholder feedback, in partnership with Talent Management insights and workforce analytics.

    Responsibilities

    + Design and deliver leadership development programs for ready-to-lead, mid-level, and senior leaders, ensuring alignment with current and future business needs. Continuously enhance program design and facilitation through data-driven insights, feedback loops, and evaluation outcomes.

    + Facilitate high-impact learning experiences using blended modalities, including live workshops, cohort-based learning, coaching, and digital platforms. Maintain consistency and quality across all program components, ensuring scalable and sustainable delivery across the enterprise.

    + Ensure all programs are grounded in organizational values, leadership competencies, and strategic priorities.

    + Integrate emerging trends, tools, and methodologies to promote innovation and a culture of continuous learning. Integrate external vendor content, tools, and frameworks into leadership development programs and learning journeys to enhance relevance, scalability, and alignment with competencies.

    + Build and maintain strategic relationships with HR Business Partners, business leaders, and program participants to co-create leadership development experiences that reflect business priorities and workforce needs. Serve as a connector between Talent Management and business units, gathering and applying stakeholder feedback to inform program design, facilitation, and continuous improvement.

    + Facilitate stakeholder discussions and working sessions to align leadership development initiatives with organizational goals and talent strategies. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for integration across programs and learning journeys, ensuring a seamless and impactful development experience.

    + Support transparent communication by preparing materials, leading meetings, and delivering updates that foster engagement and shared ownership of leadership development outcomes. Escalate risks or misalignments to leadership, ensuring stakeholder needs are addressed and programs remain relevant and responsive.

    + Establish and manage evaluation frameworks to measure the effectiveness of leadership development programs across all levels. Track and analyze key performance indicators (e.g., participant feedback, behavior change, promotion rates, business impact) to assess program outcomes and inform continuous improvement.

    + Use evaluation findings to refine learning journeys, enhance facilitation strategies, and ensure programs remain relevant to evolving business needs. Communicate impact and progress to stakeholders through dashboards, reports, and presentations that highlight successes, opportunities, and strategic alignment.

    + Partner with Talent Management and People Analytics to leverage data and insights that demonstrate program ROI and alignment with organizational goals.

    + Enhance organizational visibility of leadership development program graduates by maintaining accurate records and sharing insights with Talent Management and Recruiting teams. Partner with Recruiting to identify and promote alumni for strategic internal opportunities, contributing to a robust leadership pipeline. Integrate graduate data into talent planning processes, including succession planning, performance calibration, and internal mobility strategies, to support informed decision-making and workforce readiness

    Qualifications

    + Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Development, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field. - Required

    + Master's Degree - Preferred

    + 5 years of experience in Experience in leadership development, talent management, or learning & development.

    + 5 years of experience in Experience designing and delivering leadership programs across multiple levels.

    + 5 years of experience in Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

    + 5 years of experience in Familiarity with leadership competency models and adult learning principles.

    + Experience with leadership assessments (e.g. 360s, MBTI, DiSC) - Preferred

    + Leadership Development Programs Certification (e.g. ATD, KornFerry, LDCP) - Preferred

    + Knowledge of learning platforms (e.g. Cornerstone, Workday Learning, LinkedIn Learning)
