Requirements

Key qualifications for the Assistant Retail Store Manager position include:

+ Previous experience in retail, preferably in an assistant or supervisory role.

+ Strong customer service orientation and effective communication skills.

+ Experience in inventory management and sales reporting.

+ Competence in cash handling and financial transactions.

+ Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

+ Organizational skills and attention to detail.

+ Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Physical requirements may include:

Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs. as needed.
