Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled **Maintenance Technician** to support daily operations at a leading biotechnology manufacturing campus in Moor Park, CA. This role is responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting facility, utility, and production systems that support large-scale scientific and manufacturing operations. The position requires hands-on technical ability, strong documentation skills, and comfort working in a regulated GMP environment.

**Location** : Onsite in Moor Park, CA

**Hours** : 6 month rotating swing shifts

**Type** : 3-6 month contract (strong possibility for extension)

**Compensation** : $20-$25/hour (OT Available)

Key Responsibilities

+ Perform installation, troubleshooting, and repair of utility systems, production equipment, and facility infrastructure.

+ Conduct routine maintenance and testing to ensure operational reliability across manufacturing, laboratory, and office areas.

+ Complete all required documentation—work orders, SOPs, job hazard assessments, and other safety or quality forms.

+ Support temperature exposure assessments, component reconciliation, and related operational checks.

+ Follow all GMP, safety, and compliance expectations while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

+ Collaborate with operations, facilities, and engineering teams to resolve equipment or system issues efficiently.

Minimum Requirements

+ Hands-on maintenance experience supporting manufacturing, laboratory, or technical facility environments.

+ Familiarity with GMP, SOP-driven workflows, and quality documentation requirements.

+ Experience in filling/finishing or inspection-related production settings is strongly preferred.

+ Ability to interpret technical instructions and work independently on mechanical, utility, or building systems.

+ Associate degree with 2+ years of relevant experience **or** High School Diploma/GED with 4+ years of experience.
