JOB SUMMARY

The Quality Assurance Specialist position will perform and prioritize a multitude of complex duties in the areas of operations, including forecast analysis, grief resolution, slotting and product movement, composition of clear email communications, and reconciliation.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

+ Interactive communication with multiple departments

+ Equipment Operation (Order Picker)

+ Performs a variety of complex administrative duties

+ Operates various warehouse machinery and equipment

+ Completes data entry on all new items entering the facility

+ Assists with special projects assigned by management

QUALIFICATIONS

+ High School diploma

+ 3+ years of relevant experience in a distribution environment

+ SAP experience a must

+ Strong computer, analytical, and data entry skills

+ Good communication skills

+ Proven ability to work independently

+ Ability to manage and prioritize time and tasks

+ Possess a customer-oriented attitude

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

+ Work requires moderate muscular exertion and/or physical strain such as frequently climbing or, recurring bending, lifting, or lowering of items weight up to 50 pounds.
