    Job Description

    We are looking for an Account Manager to join our Rexel team in Orlando, FL!

    Summary:

    The Account Manager is responsible for serving as an overall manager of assigned accounts including customer’s corporate relationships, contracts and compliance, expansion / renewal opportunities, pricing strategies, identification, and escalation of operational issues.

    What You'll Do:

    + Grow sales for account customers to achieve budgeted sales and margin objectives

    + Pursue contract renewals to maximize profitable sales growth

    + Primary measurements include: sales growth, operating knowledge of customers, and strategy development

    + Coordinate Rexel’s other internal functions to support the customer: Pricing, Legal, Strategic Sourcing, Branch transactional

    + Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    What You'll Need

    + 5+ years of related experience

    + Distribution/wholesales sales experience for large industrial customers

    + High School or GED - Required

    + 4 Year / Bachelor's Degree - Preferred

    Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

    + Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    + Strong presentation skills

    + Ability to present to executive level resources at key customers

    + Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills

    + Commitment to quality and strong customer focus

    + Ability to travel in assigned territory

    + Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
