Description
+ In accordance to global guidelines, formulates and implements marketing & sales strategies to maximize retail growth and market share.
+ Works with retail partners and develops suitable marketing & promotion programs for each door with an aim to improve sales and ranking. Negotiates with retailers for best in⁃store location to project the Brand's image and identity.
+ Sets realistic sales and investment objectives, manages to the approved annual business plan. This includes sales achievement, expense control and profits protection.
+ Explores distribution opportunities, develops and implements creative business ideas that are within the Brand's philosophy and guidelines.
+ Develops local marketing calendar, media and PR plans for maximum effectiveness.
+ Sets high personal standards, leads and motivates his team for higher productivity, attainment of objectives and provides suitable training for career development.
+ Makes product selection, reviews assortment offerings and recommends pricing plan as appropriate.
+ Maintains a healthy saleable and promotional inventory level at point of sale and in the warehouse.
+ Builds market reputation of the Brand and ensures total compliance to all local regulatory requirements.
+ Ensures brand equity, image and position are properly maintained in people and material in accordance with corporate standards.
Qualifications
+ University graduate preferably in a business or commence discipline.
+ 8⁃10 years of relevant work experience in luxury goods with good business acumen.
+ Proven leader with a track record of success in Brand management and working experience in a multi⁃national company.
+ Impeccable personal integrity.
