What You’ll Build

The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAP’s global, strategic, paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers. This is more than an internship; it’s the foundation for a career built on connection, creativity, and impact.

**Position title:** SAP Signavio iXp Intern – AI Strategy & Thought Leadership Support

**Location:** Hybrid - Newport Beach

**Expected start date to end date:** January 2026 – July 2026

**Duration:** 6 - 12 months

**Working hours:** part time 20 hrs./week

+ **Research & Thought Leadership** : Deeply explore AI-driven business strategies, particularly in the LLM and agentic system domains. Collaborate to refine existing ideas and develop new, publishable insights

+ **Content Creation** : Write, edit, and structure content (white papers, articles, diagrams, or visuals) for diverse media channels. Additional skills in audio or video content creation are a plus but not required

+ **Strategic Engagement** : Connect with other AI thought leaders, formulate engagement strategies, and build plans to foster collaboration

+ **Insight Generation** : Develop concise, technically sound explanations of advanced AI concepts, including architectural innovations and strategic implications

+ **Podcast Operations** : Coordinate and manage the full episode lifecycle of Process Transformers Podcast, ensuring a steady cadence, high-quality episodes, and a smooth experience for all stakeholders

**Compensation Range Transparency** : SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 15-62 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
