    Position Summary:

    The Project Worker is responsible maintaining hard floor surfaces and

     

    carpet surfaces while maintaining cleanliness standards for assigned areas.

    Essential Functionsand Responsibilities:

    + Strips,top scrubs and buffs floors as assigned.

    + Maintainscarpet cleanliness.

    + Cleanscorridors and elevators.

    + Cleansfurniture; upholstered and non-upholstered.

    + Movesfurniture as requested.

    Required:

    + High School Diploma.

    + One to two years of floor care maintenance required.

    + Extensive contact with McLaren Oakland visitors, patients, McLaren Oakland employees.

    + Ability to use floor equipment and perform minor mechanical repairs on the equipment.
