Job Duties and Other Information
Job Duties:
* Applies architectural principles, theories, concepts, methods, and techniques in the planning, design, construction, and/or inspection of buildings.
* Ensures compliance with required building safety, ADA accessibility, and energy codes as established by regulatory authorities.
* Monitors and initiates general correspondence and coordinates the implementation of required changes for assigned projects.
Position-Specific Details:
Appointment Type:Probational, Promotional, or Job Appointment.
Career Progression:This position does not participate in a Career Progression Group.
Work Schedule: Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday – Friday.
Compensation:The salary offered will be determined based on qualifications and experience.
The bi-weekly rate for these positions is as follows:
Architect 2(TS314) - $2,516.80
Architect 3(TS316) - $2,780.80
