    Description

    What You’ll Do:

    You’ll be a key player in our warehouse team, helping to move, manage, and deliver products efficiently and safely. Whether you’re loading trailers, picking orders, or leading associates, you’ll work in a fast-paced, multi-temperature environment, focused on accuracy, teamwork, and safety. Your efforts keep our supply chain flowing smoothly - from receiving goods, staging inventory, to shipping orders out on time.

    In This Role You’ll:

    + Safely operate material handling equipment: pallet jacks and Stand up forklifts

    + Inspect incoming/outgoing shipments and verify accuracy of orders and product quality

    + Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with company standards

    + Use warehouse technology (RF scanners, inventory systems) to track orders and inventory

    + Follow all QIP and sanitation policies and safety protocols

    + Use handheld scanners to pick and pack customer orders accurately

    + Conduct cycle counts and spot checks to maintain inventory accuracy

    + Follow FEFO (First Expired, First Out) procedures for food products

     

    What You’ll Bring

     

    + Comfort working in varying temperatures including freezer and cooler environments

    + Strong attention to detail, teamwork skills, and commitment to safety

    + Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues

    + 2yrs of Electrical Pallet Jack

    + Strong reading/math skills for labeling, counting and documentation

    + Use of voice-directed picking system to accurately select and prepare customer orders

    + Experience with warehouse management systems and handheld scanners preferred

    Schedule & Setting:

    + Full-time, on-site in a temperature-controlled warehouse (dry, cooler freezer: -5 °F to 38 °F)

    + Shift: Primarily a 4-day work week, starting at6:00AM

    + Weekend and holiday availability required

    + Physically active role with repetitive lifting up to 50+ lbs. and standing/walking for extended periods

    Pay & Benefits:

    + Pay: $19.67/hr.

    + Weekly pay (every Friday)
