    Looking for an opportunity to work in a fast-paced health-care industry that cares for those that cared for us? As a Regional Recruiting Specialist with NHS Management, LLC, you will help lead the way by working with our affiliated long-term care and rehabilitation organizations as you identify and build strong relationships in the industry.

     

    We are seeking a highly energetic Recruiting Consultant with the creative drive, leadership and expertise to attract, source, interview and hire health-care professionals in the assigned geographic territory as well as working with facility staff to help improve retention numbers through a consultative approach.

     

    This position is hybrid in nature with some home office hours and the remainder of time "in market". We do reimburse for mileage and any other travel expenses the recruiter will incur. Ideal candidate will be located in one of these markets - Fayetteville, AR or Ft. Smith, AR.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES

    + Partner with regional and facility leaders to understand their staffing needs. Based off needs analysis, create a staffing model to support growth for the appropriate fiscal year.

    + Creating and fostering excellect relationships with individuals that have applied through our ATS by way of email, phone, text and video communication tools

    + In conjunction with local management, develop effective relationship with partner schools and feeder organizations to foster community relations and generate applicants.

    + At least 50% travel to our long term care facilities, partner schools & industry related job fairs.

    + Must have reliable personal transportation

    + Conduct recruiting for various healthcare related positions like RN, LPN, CNA, etc. Partner with appropriate agencies, media outlets, etc. to facilitate recruitment process.

    + Ensure compliance of hiring managers during the recruitment process.

    + Ensure all aspects of recruitment process comply with affirmative action reporting including documented interview notes, etc.

    + Partner with the facilities to set-up interviews in partnership with department leaders.

    + Advertise and promote open positions using social media and marketing and cold calling candidates

    + Ability to work in fast-paced environment and maintain a sense of urgency.

    + Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

    * Work with Administrator and Director of Nursing to help create, implement and drive retention initiatives to reduce staff turnover

    + Perform other duties as assigned.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    + HS Diploma or GED.

    + BA in human resources or equivalent HR generalist work (preferred)

    + Possess a valid State Driver's License.

    + Driving Record in compliance with NHS Safety and Driving policy.

    + Two-years of experience in recruitment/selection in the healthcare industry

    + Experience with applicant tracking systems like UKG, iCIMS, Jobvite, HealthcareSource, etc

    + Comfortable and confident speaking in front of groups of people

    + Strong communication, written and interpersonal skills.

    + Strategic thinking & ability to execute results.

    + Ability to overcome objections.

    + Ability to work with candidates and hiring managers throughout the entire recruiting life-cycle

    + Excellent work ethic.

    + Good attitude and desire to make a difference.
