    Job Description

    One of Insight Global’s clients is seeking a Sample Control Technician. This individual will drive a midsized company van to transport test samples between the client’s sites in Pittsburgh, West Virginia, and Lancaster. The workday will begin in Pittsburgh, PA. The technician must remain attentive and alert to changing weather conditions and their potential impact on the samples. Occasionally, the role will require performing detail-oriented testing of samples in the field. These tests include pH tests, dissolved oxygen tests, and auto sampler tests (training will be provided). The courier will also be responsible for physically moving coolers containing the samples, which may weigh up to 80 lbs.

    Ability to perform and follow detail-oriented testing of samples in a field environment when required

     

    Open to the later evening shifts and flexible with schedule

     

    Physically able to lift coolers up to 80lbs Strong soft skills when interacting with customers/ representing the company in the field
