Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

As a financial analyst you will participate in the Accelerator Program and complete a 2-year Assignment program, spending 8 months in each of the below areas:

+ Strategic Thinking

+ Operational Excellence

+ Innovative Outlook

Roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

+ Reporting and maintaining weekly P&L, forecasting, compensation analysis, etc

+ Maintain high quality business reports using the latest Oracle tools such as Data Visualization, Sales Intelligence as well as financial database systems (Hyperion)

+ Collect and analyze data for financial analysis

+ Draw insights by visualizing, mining, and synthesizing data

+ Identify/recommend process improvements

+ Compose and present data-driven recommendations to the finance team

+ Prepare monthly/quarterly financial analysis packets for management

+ Responsible for accomplishing tasks in a complete and timely manner

What You’ll Bring

+ BA/BS in Finance, Accounting

+ Minimum 3.5+ GPA preferred

+ Internship in related field a plus

+ 0-1 years of experience

+ Innovative problem solving, analytical and decision-making skills both qualitative and quantitative

+ Ability to meet strict deadlines and work under pressure

+ Ability to work both independently and in a team environment

+ Demonstrated knowledge and efficient use of Excel

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills

+ Capacity to learn quickly, adapt to change and work in an objective driven environment

+ Willingness and ability to work extended hours as needed

+ No visa sponsorship is available for this position

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range in USD from $24.62 to $48.03 per hour; from: $51,200 to $99,900 per annum. May be eligible for equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
