What You Will Do

+ Collaborate closely withothers on the teamfor the planning, proliferation, and adoption of strategic programs for AI awareness and skill-building acrossthe enterprise.

+ Design and implementanAI awareness program for leaders, including workshops, resources, and ongoing engagements.

+ Engage the programcommunityto driveAI adoption, best practices, and peer learningfor the targeted audience.

+ Proactively engage stakeholders to understand their needs and drive alignment on AI-related initiatives.

+ Use qualitative and quantitative data to inform program decisions and measure impact.

+ Continuously assess andoptimizeworkflows and processes to ensure the best experience for program participants.

+ Trackadoptionmetrics, summarize feedback, and prepare progress updates for leadership.

+ Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration through community-building activities.

+ Partner with cross-functional colleagues to ensure alignment and integration of AI initiatives with broader organizationalobjectives.

+ Manage relationships with external partners and vendors to support program goals.

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
