NA ANZ PS Data Quality Curation Mgr
Position Overview:
As a Data Quality Curation Manager, you will drive the resolution of large, complex data quality issues, particularly those impacting customer experience. You will establish and maintain key stakeholder relationships to drive region-wide improvements in data quality, including the integrity, efficiency, and availability of data. You will engage cross-functionally to resolve significant data quality gaps, working with functional stakeholders, IT, and colleagues in Data Management & Governance and Master Data to diagnose root causes, recommend solutions, and monitor improvements. You will be responsible for Data Quality within the NA Data Governance structure, establishing, measuring, and managing leading indicators of data quality to ensure process stability. Additionally, you will define and drive the roadmap for continuous improvement of data quality, collaborating with customer-facing and enabling functional teams to drive enhancements. Your role will involve close collaboration with operational teams managing or depending on data to understand gaps and drive improvements, building the organization's in-depth data expertise in end-to-end processes, and delivering improvements to existing IT systems while providing critical feedback on new IT developments.
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Drive resolution of large, complex data quality issues, particularly those impacting customer experience;
+ Establish and maintain key stakeholder relationships to drive region-wide improvements in data quality, including the integrity, efficiency, and availability of data;
+ Engage cross-functionally to resolve significant data quality gaps, working with functional stakeholders, IT, and colleagues in Data Management & Governance and Master Data to diagnose root causes, recommend solutions, and monitor improvements;
+ Responsible for Data Quality within the NA Data Governance structure;
+ Establish, measure, and manage leading indicators of data quality to ensure process stability;
+ Define and drive the roadmap for continuous improvement of data quality, collaborating with customer-facing and enabling functional teams to drive enhancements;
+ Collaborate closely with operational teams managing or depending on data to understand gaps and drive improvements;
+ Build the organization's in-depth data expertise in end-to-end processes;
+ Drive data quality improvements across functions with business and IT team members, delivering improvements to existing IT systems and providing critical feedback on new IT developments.
WHO YOU ARE:
Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following:
Required Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s Degree;
+ 8-10+ years of relevant data experience in supply chain, customer, manufacturing, or material;
+ At least 3 years of experience driving solutions that impact multiple functional teams or areas;
+ At least 3 years of experience in ERP data governance, data management, or supply chain data;
+ Strategic mindset focused on delivering results;
+ Ability to manage ambiguity even when the problem is unclear and outside of the team's immediate responsibilities;
+ Business insight to make the link between complex data and impact on business processes;
+ Demonstrated leadership capabilities and experience with interpersonal skills and professional maturity.
Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $90,000-$135,000. Additional compensation may include a bonus or incentive compensation (if relevant). Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc.. This salary range is merely an estimate and may vary based on an applicant’s location, market data/ranges, an applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.
