DSO Practitioner
DSO Practitioners are the primary change enablers of Bayer's journey in ensuring we are a high performing organisation, through adapting how we work in line with DSO principles. The purpose of the role is to enable teams build on their know-how and capability to accelerate dynamic shared ownership with focus on improving business performance and creating exceptional value for our customers and stakeholders
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ **Play the lead role energizing and engaging the LT of a mid-sized org unit** within a division or a smaller enabling function to transform as a team, transform the mid-sized org unit it leads, and deliver new levels of performance
+ **Actively and constructively contribute to the mini-pod serving that mid-sized org unit, and ensure the development and implementation of an effective acceleration plan** to help the org unit deliver new levels of performance through fully implementing, and bring the org unit to high proficiency in, the new operating model
+ **Leads one part of one of the primary DSO knowledge / capability initiatives or DSO communities** (network leaders, entrepreneurial leaders, champions) ensuring high quality, widespread engagement, and clear value creation impact
+ **Contribute to the practitioner home** , contributing to practitioner development in a key topic area, and mentoring practitioners to proficiency at the Core level
WHO YOU ARE:
Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following:
Required Qualifications:
+ Minimum 5+ years experience in business operations
+ Has working understanding of the impact of DSO and able to engage and energize straightforward entrepreneurial teams and frontline LTs
+ Coaching foundational skills and proven ability to navigate challenges in DSO immersive implementation
+ Strong understanding of business operations and a passion for driving DSO impact.
+ Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
+ Demonstrated experience in collaborating with diverse stakeholders is a plus.
+ Demonstrates resilience and creativity in executing responsibilities, capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
+ Experience working with a limited set of teams within an organizational unit
+ Analytical skills to ensure continuous improvement in the support provided to the business
+ Ability to motivate others with a creative mindset to problem solving
Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $ 195340.80 - 293011.20. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc.. This salary range is merely an estimate and may vary based on an applicant’s location, market data/ranges, an applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.
