    About the Role

     

    We are seeking a skilled and reliable CNC Machinist to join our Manufacturing Division in Hatfield, PA. This position is responsible for the safe, efficient, and consistent operation of CNC machines, ensuring that all parts produced meet company and customer specifications. The ideal candidate will take pride in maintaining a clean and organized work environment and will uphold our commitment to safety, quality, and productivity.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Operate CNC machines to produce precision metal components through cutting, drilling, milling, boring, and broaching per work orders and blueprints.

    + Check dimensions and materials to ensure finished parts conform to specifications.

    + Accurately complete required paperwork and maintain proper documentation.

    + Use consumable tools efficiently and responsibly.

    + Notify lead personnel or setup machinist if machinery is not operating effectively.

    + Follow all safety protocols, including the proper use of PPE such as safety glasses, safety shoes, and ear protection.

    + Perform secondary operations and machine parts to specifications as needed.

    + Monitor machine feed and speed during the machining process.

    Minimum Requirements

    + Basic understanding of CNC machine operations.

    + Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with managers, supervisors, and peers.

    + Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area.

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Demonstrated good judgment and problem-solving skills.

    + Ability to read and interpret G-code programming.

    + Experience in a manufacturing or machine shop environment.

     

    Physical Demands

     

    + Work performed in a manufacturing environment.

    + Must wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

    + Ability to lift, move, and handle materials weighing up to 70 lbs.

    + Ability to bend, reach, and position self to install, remove, or adjust materials and components.
