    Key Responsibilities

    + Oversees the MAT programs’ daily operational needs and ensure procedures are carried out properly.

    + Receives and reviews daily consults, addiction medicine reports, productivity report, etc.

    + Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to the client.

    + Actively provide and participate in daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly staff and multi-disciplinary meetings for quality improvement, decision-making, strategic planning, etc.

    + Responsible for the restructuring the process due to the dynamic changes of operational needs.

    + Establish and maintain a strong relationship with YesCare leadership, vendors, customers, ancillary team, and a professional relationship with patients.

    + Develop and implement performance improvement plans, update protocols, provide in-service training to all staff and monitor corrective action plans.

    + Participate in multi-disciplinary meetings for quality improvement, amendment, clarity, enhance ideas and streamline treatment pathways.

    + Perform administrative tasks as needed.

    + Conduct medication perpetual inventory, quality audits, monitor trends and analyze data for quality and improvement of the program.

    + Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate auditing policies, procedures, and standards for addiction medicine services.

    + Arrange staff schedule and resolve any scheduling conflicts.

    + Direct changes that adhere to and in compliance with contractual requirements, substance abuse policies and procedures, accrediting body, and local, state, and federal regulations.

    + Ensure current evidenced-based clinical practice is consistent with the standards.

    + Ensures the process and procedures of all levels of approved FDA-Approved medications for the treatment of opioid use disorder and alcohol use disorder delivers and complements the standards of practice.

    + Stay updated on all laws and regulations.

    + Available for conferences on all shift and responsive to medical and other disciplines.

    + Obtain and maintain proper licensure/certification according to the local, state, and federal requirements.

    + Participate in the BHA, NCCHC, DEA and other audit/site inspections/surveys and ensure the programs within compliance and are audit ready.

    + Serve as the emergency after hour on-call service from community inquiry.

    + Create goals and objectives for the addictions team.

    + Supervises the administration and dispensing of medications, review and report medication errors and discrepancies.

    + Aid in the recruitment process, interview and hire appropriate applicants for the addictions team.

    + Ensure proper orientation, new employee training and provide administrative and supervision to addictions staff and monitor the performance of their duties and responsibilities.

    + Responsible to ordering, managing, and maintaining schedule II and III narcotics for the Medication Assisted Treatment program.

    + Other duties as assigned.

    Key Qualifications

    + Active State Registered Nurse Licensure

    + Certified Addiction Registered Nurse Certification

    + Minimum 3 years on patients with addictions and substance use disorder preferred

    + CPR certification
