What We Need From You- Job Duties and Requirements:
+ Review daily appointment schedules and be prepared to greet customers in the drive with knowledge of their appointment
+ Review primary appointment reason with the customer and ask customer questions to identify any other issues their vehicle may be experiencing
+ Generate repair orders for customers
+ Dispatch the job to the properly trained technician
+ Develop estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labor
+ Calculate customer's payment; including deductibles
+ Verify warranty and service contract coverage by examining documents and records
+ Arrange towing and temporary transportation for the customer
+ Answer incoming calls from customers to address concerns and set appointments for future service needs
+ Make outgoing calls to customers to update them on the status of their vehicle in service.
+ Any additional training or responsibilities as deemed necessary by Service Manager

Essential Job Functions:
+ Must have a valid driver's license
+ High school education or equivalent
+ Ability to drive a manual vehicle preferred, but not required
+ Excellent oral communication skills
+ Experience working in cashier/credit card systems preferred but not required.
+ Must be able to stand for long periods
+ Flexibility with schedule to work nights and weekends
+ Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
+ Must be able to manage relationships across all channels and levels
