Kelly Services is seeking an experienced Maintenance Tech in Libertyville, IL. Will work 6pm - 6:15am.

Must be able to work every other weekend.

Qualified candidates must have:

+ Mechanical and electrical skills

+ Ability to read blueprints

+ Familiar with automation and vision systems

+ Troubleshooting experience

+ Knowledge of injection molding machine functions and controls

+ Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance experience preferred, but open to less experience at the lower range of pay scale

This is a Direct Hire, Permanent position, meaning you will be hired permanently with our client and offered their competitive benefit and vacation package upon hire.

**Pay:** $28/hr. - $35/hr., depending on experience

Shifts available:

6pm - 6:15am

Must be able to work every other weekend

Job duties

+ Support and maintain all policies of the company including but not limited to ISO Standards, Health and Safety Requirements, Continuous Improvement as well as standard work procedures.

+ Installs and performs preventative maintenance on injection molding machines and equipment (closing machines, feeder bowls, etc.) as required.

+ Reconditions used equipment.

+ Troubleshoots hydraulic, automation, vision, and electrical systems on injection molding machines to ensure continuous production under the direction of the Shift Supervisor.

+ Authorized to take out of service any machine or equipment that is deemed to be unsafe or that would further deteriorate with continued use.
