    Our** **Sr. Business Analyst** **is accountable for:

     

    + **Rate Card Development:**

    + Build and maintain detailed MSP client rate cards using Brightfield’s TDX technology.

    + Gather, analyze, and incorporate historical MSP rate data to inform competitive market benchmarks.

    + Structure Excel models to accurately reflect comprehensive pricing and supplier components.

    + **Supplier Survey Management:**

    + Design and administer quantitative surveys to MSP suppliers, collecting actionable rate information.

    + Analyze survey results to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to optimize rate card strategies.

    Essential Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

    + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

    + Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization.

    + Strong knowledge of structured analysis and design techniques

    + Proven analytical skills, problem solving ability and decision making
