Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Housing Compliance Specialist to support our team in managing LIHTC and HUD Section 8 recertifications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with RealPage/OneSite software and a strong understanding of affordable housing compliance requirements.

**Schedule:** Monday–Friday 9 AM–5 PM

Key Responsibilities:

+ Conduct annual and interim recertifications for LIHTC and HUD Section 8 programs

+ Review and verify resident eligibility documentation

+ Maintain accurate resident files in accordance with program regulations

+ Enter and update resident data in RealPage/OneSite

+ Communicate with residents regarding required documentation and deadlines

+ Collaborate with property management staff to ensure compliance with federal and state housing regulations

+ Prepare and submit required reports to regulatory agencies as needed

Qualifications:

+ Prior experience with LIHTC and HUD Section 8 compliance is required

+ Proficiency in RealPage/OneSite software

+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

+ Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

+ Familiarity with affordable housing regulations and documentation standards
