Pay Rate:

_The pay rate for this job is $24 - $26 / hour*_

What you'll be doing as a** **Front End Loader Operator / Front Desk Attendant** **:

+ Spanish speaking preferred not required. Schedule not yet specified, would generally be mon-fri and 5-6am start

+ Safely operate a John Deere 524 tractor, including driving, loading, and general equipment handling

+ Perform basic daily and weekly maintenance, such as fluid checks, greasing, cleaning, and minor adjustments

+ Inspect the tractor and attachments for wear or damage and report issues promptly

+ Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area

+ Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing friendly and professional service

+ Answer phones, assist walk-in customers, and direct inquiries to the appropriate person

+ Handle check-ins, scheduling, and basic administrative tasks as needed

+ Maintain a welcoming front desk environment

+ Balance outdoor equipment duties with indoor customer-service tasks throughout the day

+ Communicate effectively with the team to ensure smooth workflow and coverage for both areas

+ Support general operations of the business with a positive and flexible attitude

Shift timings: 1st Shift (Day)

Job requirements:

+ Strong communication and customer service skills

+ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

+ Basic computer skills

+ Previous front desk or customer service experience preferred

+ Background Check Required
