    Regional Business is excited to announce an opening for the Director - Client Services - Specialty Markets role, a strategic leadership position that plays a vital part in shaping our client experience and driving business growth across PEOs, Payroll and Staffing firms, Associations, Unions, Trusts and/or TPAs. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, leads with vision, and is passionate about delivering exceptional service to our clients.

     

    As Director - Client Services, you’ll lead a high-performing team of Client Service Consultants and other key Service roles, and collaborate across departments to elevate our market presence, strengthen client relationships, and ensure operational excellence. This role is central to our mission of delivering outstanding service and building long-term partnerships with our clients.

     

    • Key Responsibilities

     

    Lead and develop a team of Client Service Consultants and other key Service roles, focusing on performance, coaching, and talent retention.

     

    Partner with sales leadership to create strategic business plans that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

     

    Build strong client relationships and lead strategic account planning, while enhancing national visibility and brand recognition.

     

    Identify and implement improvements to drive business outcomes.

     

    Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.

     

    Monitor key performance metrics to drive accountability and continuous improvement.

     

    • Key Requirements

     

    Minimum of 5+ years of management experience

     

    Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and influence teams.

     

    Strong understanding of Group Benefits products, business operations, financial forecasting, and analytics.

     

    Extensive experience in client relationship management and strategic account oversight.

     

    Demonstrated success in project and change management in driving business solutions

     

    Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

     

    Resilient, adaptable, and proactive with a strong ownership mindset.

     

    • Preferred:

     

    Bachelor’s degree

     

    10+ years Relevant business experience

     

    8+ years of management experience
