Time: Monday - Friday / 9:30am - 6pm
Rate of pay: $22.00 per hour

Job Description:
In this role you will:
• -Be customer focused, able to multi-task in a high volume community counseling center
• -Answering phones, taking messages, and scheduling client appointments
• -Setting up charts, filing, archiving, purging charts, and billing for medical services visits
• -Registering new clients for services
• -Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will:
• -Have a minimum 1 year in a clerical support role
• -Have computer skills and experience working with electronic health records
• -Possess excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills
• -Bilingual English and Spanish speaking a plus
