As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will provide strategic partnership that helps teams operate at their best\. You will shape HR initiatives that align with business priorities, strengthen organizational health, and help leaders build high performing teams\. Your expertise will support workforce planning, talent development, culture initiatives, and other critical people strategies\.

MUST BE A U\.S\. CITIZEN \- This position is located at a facility that requires special access\.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree and 13\+ years of professional experience in Human Resources
• In\-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and laws, including talent management, organizational development, and employee relations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, coaching, relationship building skills and the ability to present complex information to various audiences
• Ability to work effectively with all levels of leadership, employees and peers
• Ability to maintain company and employee confidentiality and handle sensitive proprietary information in an appropriate manner
• Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment where multiple initiatives are happening simultaneously
• Experience in MS Office tools and resources including PowerPoint, Excel and Word
Desired Skills:
• Ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives
• Ability to analyze organizational health data, identify trends, and develop solutions to drive business outcomes
• Solid HR Business Partner experience and COE expertise

**Ability to Work Remotely:** Part\-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility\. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process\.
**Work Schedules:** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits\.
**Schedule for this Position:** 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
