The Impact You'll Make

As our new** **Maintenance Technician I** **, you will support the maintenance team with essential entry-level tasks while building your technical skills. Your work will help keep equipment reliable and ensure a safe, organized environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

+ **Assist with preventive maintenance and lubrication tasks in Maximo.**

+ **Operate basic shop tools such as drill press and saw.**

+ **Shadow troubleshooting and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.**

+ **Organize and maintain the tool crib.**

+ **Participate in safety and 5S activities.**

+ **Supporting technicians with routine maintenance tasks.**

+ **Learning troubleshooting techniques and safety protocols.**

+ **Keeping tools and work areas organized for efficiency.**

+ **Complete assigned tasks accurately and on time.**

+ **Demonstrate reliability and eagerness to learn.**

+ **Contribute to a safe and organized maintenance environment.**

What We're Looking For

+ **High school diploma or GED is required**

+ **Mechanical curiosity and willingness to learn**

+ **Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.**

+ **Reliable and coachable attitude**
