The **Digital Marketing Manager** will be responsible for defining and driving the digital roadmap to accelerate engagement, lead generation, and brand equity in the Breast and Skeletal Health Solutions division of Hologic. This position oversees all divisional microsites and divisional presence on the Hologic.com website, both HCP and patient-facing. This role manages external email communications and campaigns, integrated end-to-end campaign executions, and lead management, delivering robust web analytics and reporting. The ideal candidate blends strategic vision and creative execution, while bringing a data-driven mindset to the team, ensuring every digital touchpoint is engaging, on-brand, and performance-driven. This role is technical and heavily involved in execution.

Key Responsibilities

+ Own and optimize divisional microsites and Hologic.com, ensuring content accuracy, functionality, compliance, and an exceptional user experience.

+ Lead the strategy, creation, and deployment of external email campaigns for HCP and patient audiences, including writing, design, and segmentation for improved targeting.

+ Develop and execute SEO strategies; craft compelling, brand-consistent copy for web and email communications.

+ Analyze and report on campaign performance, leveraging dashboards and analytics to drive conversion and deliver actionable insights.

+ Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely, compliant, and on-brand deliverables.

+ Manage budgets, agency SOWs, PO creation, and invoice processing to support operational excellence.

+ Support divisional and leadership communications with creative, timely internal email campaigns.

+ Drive digital innovation by evaluating emerging channels and technologies.

+ Ensure privacy and regulatory compliance through proactive site auditing.

+ Partner cross-functionally with Legal, Regulatory, Marketing, Marcom, and IS.

Qualifications

+ Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field.

+ 8+ years’ experience in digital marketing, web management, and email marketing; healthcare or MedTech experience preferred.

+ Proven track record launching integrated digital campaigns in regulated industries.

+ Expertise in digital strategy, web management, marketing automation, and campaign execution.

+ Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Account Engagement).

+ Strong analytical skills, with ability to translate data into actionable insights.

+ Advanced copywriting for web and email communications.

+ Experience creating digital assets (Adobe Creative Suite); HTML/CSS skills a plus.

+ Knowledge of privacy compliance and web auditing.

+ Skilled in CRM-driven campaign management and lead generation.

+ Exceptional project and budget management abilities.

+ Outstanding communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Additional Info:

The annualized base salary range for this role is $107,400 to $179,100 and is bonus eligible. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand.
