Job Descriptions:
Chapa-De is seeking a visionary healthcare leader passionate about improving community health! As Director of Specialty Services, you would lead our Maternal Child Health, Health & Wellness, and Referrals teams, driving operational excellence, innovation, and integrated patient-centered care across our clinics and community partnerships.
Salary: $135,500-$161,000, depending on experience

Duties:
+ Lead and develop the Specialty Services team - Mentor Program Managers and the Referrals Supervisor to foster effective leadership, collaboration, and a positive, team-based work environment aligned with Chapa?De’s mission and values.
+ Drive strategic program growth and operational excellence - Develop and implement long-term strategies, optimize workflows, standardize policies, and ensure programs meet performance, quality, and compliance standards.
+ Oversee partnerships and resource management - Manage relationships with external providers and Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), oversee budgets, evaluate telehealth and service delivery, and ensure patient access, cost-effectiveness, and high-quality care.
Required Experience:
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Nursing, or related field; or combination of equivalent experience and education.
+ Five years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations, preferably in a nonprofit or community health setting.
+ Strong understanding of healthcare operations, compliance and standards of care, including healthcare accreditation, federal and state regulations and requirements.
+ Familiarity with electronic health records, preferably eClinicalWorks.
+ Demonstrated capacity to engage in negotiations and foster collaborative agreements.
+ Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance and DMV report.
