Our client, a leader in the energetical field is seeking a Maintenance Technician Supervisor to join their team.As a **Maintenance Technician Supervisor** , you will be part of the **Maintenance Department** supporting **mechanical and facilities teams** . The ideal candidate will have **strong leadership** , **problem-solving ability** , and **excellent communication skills** , which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Technician Supervisor

Pay Range: 47.23$ per hour

What’s the Job?

+ Assign staff to repair or replace defective equipment parts using hand and power tools.

+ Supervise routine preventive maintenance to ensure machines and building systems run efficiently.

+ Assign inspection and testing of machinery to diagnose malfunctions.

+ Review type and cost of maintenance or repair work for accuracy and efficiency.

+ Oversee dismantling and reassembly of devices using hoists, cranes, and tools.

What’s Needed?

+ High school diploma or GED required.

+ 8–10 years of maintenance experience in mechanical or facilities systems.

+ Strong knowledge of machines, tools, and repair techniques.

+ Leadership and mentoring skills with ability to provide constructive feedback.

+ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
