Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in corrugated packaging, is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join their dynamic team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting the production process and ensuring smooth operations within the warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

**Job Title:** Warehouse Associate

**Location:** Tualatin, OR

**Pay Range:** $20.00 - $23.00 per hour ($1 differential for swing shift)

**Swing Shift:** Tuesday-Friday 10 hours, 4:00 pm - 2:30 am (OT Monday is required when needed). Swing has multiple openings.

**Day Shift:** Monday-Friday 8 hours 7:30 am-4:00 pm (OT M-F 5:30 am-4:00 pm, Saturday 5:30 AM - 2:00 PM)

**Overtime (required):** Occasional overtime and Saturday work is available and may be

What's the Job?

+ Assist in the movement and storage of materials within the warehouse

+ Support production teams by ensuring timely delivery of supplies

+ Operate basic warehouse equipment and machinery safely and efficiently

+ Maintain a clean and organized work environment

+ Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times

What's Needed?

+ 2-3 or more years of experience in a machine operator or production environment

+ Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly

+ Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure accurately

+ Ability to follow written instructions and safety guidelines

+ Reliable transportation to and from work
