• Machine Operator 1st Shift

    Our client, a leader in manufacturing and industrial solutions, is seeking a Machine Operator 1st Shift to join their team. As a Machine Operator 1st Shift, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Machine Operator 1st Shift

    **Location:** New Bern, NC

     

    Pay Range: $17.00 Hourly

     

    **Shift:** First Shift

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Select, inspect, assemble, and package products for final shipment to customers

    + Apply labels and palletize products according to specifications

    + Inspect and maintain workplace safety compliance, correcting issues prior to operations

    + Requisition packaging materials from the warehouse as needed

    + Inspect finished products and components for quality assurance, rework or scrap as necessary

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Ability to work from blueprints, engineering specifications, and production schedules

    + Strong attention to detail and safety awareness

    + Good communication skills and teamwork orientation

    + Experience in manufacturing or assembly environment preferred
