    Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Business Execution Administrator 2 - Contingent to join their team. As a Business Execution Administrator 2. you will be part of the Business Support Department supporting the Pre-Registration and Registration teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

    Pay Range:What's the Job?

     

    + Support the real-time tracking of candidates through the Pre-Registration process

    + Review Pre-Registration forms for completeness and accuracy prior to submission

    + Respond promptly to requests and inquiries to prevent onboarding delays

    + Compile and submit background check spreadsheets using provided frameworks

    + Coordinate requests and gather necessary documentation for onboarding and registration

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + At least 2 years of administrative or business support experience or equivalent demonstrated through work, training, military service, or education

    + Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills

    + Excellent organization, multitasking, and prioritization skills, including time management

    + Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

    + Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
