Our client, a leading organization in the consumer goods industry, is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant to join their team. As an Executive Administrative Assistant, you will be part of the Corporate Support Department supporting senior leadership and cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, proactive communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Executive Administrative Assistant
**Location:** Bridgewater, NJ / Hybrid
What's the Job?
+ Provide direct advanced administrative support to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and other senior leaders.
+ Manage scheduling, calendar coordination, and meeting arrangements, including booking rooms and setting up teleconference/video conference capabilities.
+ Prepare, edit, and manage a variety of documents such as agreements, memos, correspondence, and presentation materials, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
+ Coordinate complex travel itineraries, including flights, ground transportation, and accommodations, considering budget and preferences.
+ Oversee invoice management, including processing purchase orders, reconciling invoices, and maintaining accurate records.
What's Needed?
+ Associates or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
+ Minimum of 5+ years of administrative experience supporting C-level executives preferred.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and SAP; experience with Concur online travel & expenses is a plus.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization.
+ Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
