Our client in Mineral Point, WI is looking for a Production Machine Operator. The ideal candidate will have strong verbal communication skills, be a team player, and be able to follow standard work and quality procedures to help meet the company’s productivity and safety goals.

Job Title: Machine Operator

**Location:** Mineral Point, WI

Pay Range: $17.69

What’s the Job?

+ Operate manual and automated production equipment safely to meet quality and delivery goals.

+ Perform quality inspections and identify / control non-conforming material.

+ Maintain a clean and organized work area; perform routine housekeeping and machine maintenance.

+ Report and correct hazards; use proper personal protective equipment; follow HSE protocols.

+ Communicate with team members and support staff; participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

What’s Needed?

+ At least 6 months of experience required.

+ Competency in manufacturing fundamentals (process, quality, safety).

+ Ability to follow documented standard work and quality procedures (e.g., SPC, poka-yoke).

+ Ability to identify and correct hazards, with a strong commitment to safety.

+ Ability to work at defined cycle times / engineering standards and meet production goals.
