As a **Security Officer - Aero Facility Patrols** in **Wichita, KS** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Security Professional with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned locations within the aerospace and defense sector, helping to deter security-related incidents through your visible presence and attentive service. This is a driving post, requiring you to navigate the premises and provide excellent customer service while upholding our values of teamwork, integrity, and putting people first in every interaction.

What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the location.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.

+ Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and/or unusual occurrences as required by site protocols.

+ Monitor access points and assist with controlling entry and exit of personnel and visitors to help to deter unauthorized access.

+ Communicate professionally with staff, visitors, and/or contractors to provide assistance and information as needed.

+ Follow all Allied Universal and site-specific protocols to support a secure environment in the aerospace and defense setting.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.

+ A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ CPR certification is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
