As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while providing visible support throughout the facility. You will conduct routine patrols, offer exceptional customer service, and maintain open communication with staff and visitors. What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service to clients by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as appropriate.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including the business premises and perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity.

+ Observe and report any unusual activity or potential hazards encountered during patrols.

+ Interact professionally with employees, visitors, and/or contractors at the location, addressing questions or concerns as needed.

+ Document incidents, observations, and/or activities according to Allied Universal and site-specific protocols.

+ Support access control measures by monitoring entry and exit points during patrols.

Minimum Requirements:

+ At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Experience in loss prevention is preferred.

+ Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.

+ Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
