Adecco is recruiting for Remote Account Managers for one of our clients. These Account Manager positions are temporary opportunities!

As an Account Manager, you will manage client relationships and oversee the execution of proxy jobs related to shareholder communications. This role involves coordinating print and mail production, liaising with internal teams and clients, and ensuring smooth operations while adhering to ISO processes and service level agreements. Responsibilities for Account Managers include but are not limited to:

+ Coordinate production of print and mail requirements for proxy products.

+ Work closely with internal teams (Design, Programming, Production Control, Warehouse) and external departments to meet client specifications.

+ Manage job details through proprietary systems such as RADAR, Aardvark, Cosmos Billing, and Event Management.

+ Ensure accurate billing and compliance with ISO processes.

+ Provide knowledge of services to clients and maintain transparency on job status.

+ Investigate and resolve issues promptly, escalating when necessary.

+ Ability to work flexible hours as needed.

Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for the Account Manager role:

+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

+ Minimum 2 years of related experience in account management or similar role.

+ Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.

+ Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).

+ Ability to interpret job requirements and respond to inquiries professionally.

+ Experience in mail/print and proxy services is a plus.

**Pay Details:** $25.00 per hour
