Responsabilities for a Material Handler must meet the following requirements to be considered:
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment (safety, housekeeping).
• Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments (shipping & receiving, documentation).
• Pull, pack, and stage materials and customer orders for shipment (order picking, packing, staging).
• Process shipping and receiving labels and documentation for FedEx, UPS, LTL, and freight carriers (logistics, carrier systems).
• Load and unload materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material-handling equipment (forklift operation, material movement).
• Deliver materials to production areas in a timely manner (production support, material flow).
• Support additional material-handling functions to meet production and shipping deadlines.
• Perform equipment inspections and follow all safety procedures, including 2-minute warning protocols.
• Unload customer material from crates, pallets, and other shipping containers.
• Other tasks may be assigned as needed.
Candidates for Material Handler must meet the following requirements to be considered:
• Preferred: High school diploma, GED, associate degree, or technical certificate in logistics, supply chain, or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in materials handling, shipping/receiving, or warehouse operations within manufacturing. Industry experience in railroad, aerospace, or automotive strongly preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Familiarity with shipping and receiving systems (FedEx, UPS, XPO, etc.) is a plus.
• Forklift and pallet jack experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret shipping/receiving documents, bills, and inventory reports.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Pay: $30/ hr
• Shift: Week days 08:00 AM - 04:30 PM [Lunch: 11:00 AM - 11:30 AM]

**Pay Details:** $30.00 per hour
