    The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to the CMO, managing complex schedules, documents, travel, and communications. The role requires frequent interaction with senior leaders, cross-functional teams, and external partners while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

    Responsibilities for a Executive Administrative Assistant include but are not limited to:

    + Manage advanced administrative tasks including calendar coordination, meeting logistics, expense reports, travel arrangements, and cross-team support.

    + Prepare, edit, route, and manage documents such as agreements, presentations, correspondence, and multi-party editorial revisions.

    + Handle invoice and purchase order management, including vendor communication, PO reconciliation, and maintaining accurate financial records.

    + Coordinate vendor credentialing, lead special projects, and proactively resolve issues related to technology, travel, budgeting, and vendor processes.

    Candidates for Executive Administrative Assistant must meet the following requirements to be considered:

    + Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of administrative experience; supporting C-level executives preferred.

    + Strong communication skills, high organization, customer service focus, and ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.

    + Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, anticipate needs, maintain confidentiality, and collaborate across teams.

    + Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with systems such as SAP and Concur (a plus).

    + Shift: Hybrid Schedule | Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm.

    **Pay Details:** $24.00 per hour
