    1.** **Environmental Operator

    2. Clean Room Technician

    **Location:** Miami, FL

    **Schedule:** Monday–Friday

    **Pay:** Based on experience

     

    We are hiring for two roles within the same facility: a Production Assembler and a Clean Room Technician. Both positions require strong attention to detail, the ability to follow instructions, and a commitment to safety and quality.

     

    1.** **Environmental Operator

    Responsibilities

    + Work safely and follow all safety procedures

    + Follow written work instructions and standard operating procedures

    + Assemble products using guidelines, drawings, and blueprints

    + Accurately record documentation in Production Control Documents

    + Inspect in-process and finished products

    + Package products and pull samples from archive storage

    + Participate in Lean, PPI, and Continuous Improvement activities (including 5S)

    + Assist with training coworkers when needed

    + Perform other duties as assigned

    2. Clean Room Technician

    Responsibilities

    + Sign into logbook, change into scrubs, and prepare clean-room clothing

    + Follow clean-room gowning procedures: suit, hood, boots, mask, gloves

    + Clean and sanitize garments and surfaces using alcohol

    + Enter and work inside the clean room following strict hygiene protocols

    + Remove product from ovens/dryers and/or load product from washer

    + Package product according to customer specifications and lot numbers

    + Complete all paperwork accurately and obtain QA sign-off when required

    + Send product through pass-through window with documentation

    + Perform other duties as assigned

    Qualifications (Required for Both Positions)

    + High school diploma, GED, or equivalent

    + Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions

    + Accurate completion of paperwork and documentation

    + Strong attention to detail

    + Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide whole numbers, fractions, decimals)

    + Strong verbal/written communication abilities

    + Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    + Flexibility and willingness to adapt to operational needs

    + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with overtime as required

    Physical Requirements

    + Ability to stand for long periods

    + Frequent bending, reaching, lifting, stooping, pushing, pulling, grasping, and repetitive motion

    + Ability to lift/move up to 40 lbs (Clean Room Tech: up to 30 lbs frequently; 10 lbs regularly)

    + Vision requirements: close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus

    + Regular exposure to wet/humid conditions and moving mechanical parts

    PPE Requirements

    + Gloves, hair net, beard net (if applicable), safety glasses

    + No makeup or jewelry

    + Clean room suit, sterile gloves, mask (Clean Room Technician only)

    + Understanding of chemical hygiene and SDS safety procedures

    **Pay Details:** $14.50 per hour
