Inventory Coordinator – Miami, OK

**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

Pay Rate:** **$14.50 per hour

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Inventory Coordinator to join our team. This position is a 50% office / 50% warehouse role and is ideal for someone who enjoys both administrative and hands-on work. Candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced, controlled environment and follow written and verbal instructions accurately.

Responsibilities

+ Perform daily inventory tasks, including cycle counts, stock checks, labeling, and data entry

+ Use computers, scanners, Excel, and ERP systems to complete transactions

+ Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies

+ Support warehouse operations with material handling and organization

+ Follow all PPE and safety requirements, including chemical hygiene guidelines

+ Work both independently and as part of a cross-functional team

Requirements

Education

+ High school diploma or equivalent required

Experience & Skills

+ Up to 6 months of warehouse experience preferred

+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

+ Ability to read and follow written and oral instructions

+ General warehouse knowledge

+ Experience with computers, scanners, Excel, and ERP systems preferred

+ Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide whole numbers, fractions, and decimals)

+ Strong verbal and written communication skills

+ Ability to work independently and solve problems

Physical Requirements

+ Ability to stand for long periods and move frequently (reaching, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, grasping, repetitive motions)

+ Ability to lift, handle, and manage materials as needed

+ Must meet vision requirements: close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus

PPE Requirements

+ Gloves, hair & beard net, and safety glasses required

+ No makeup or jewelry permitted while working

Work Environment

+ Fast-paced warehouse and office setting

+ Additional overtime may be required based on operational needs

**Pay Details:** $14.50 per hour
