JOB DETAILS: Responsibilities - Serve as a pharmacy technician for the pharmacy including day to day prescription processing case troubleshooting call triage automation oversight and more to support getting prescriptions to patients and ensuring a great experience. - Serve as a subject matter expert and voice of the digital pharmacy operations across the company to help enhance our cross functional relationships. - Assist with projects to support digital pharmacy initiatives that seek to progress our services and optimize our operations. - Engage with internal and external vendors that service our software and programs to provide feedback or work together through updates. - Pharmacy hours of operation are Monday - Friday 8AM - 6PM EST. Pharmacy technicians must have the ability and desire to work flexible hours in the future. - Follow and adhere to the Pharmacy policies and procedures. - Assist Pharmacist in Charge in ensuring the facility remains compliant with regulations

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Must Have Required skills: Only non-negotiables are PTCB certification and active OH pharmacy technician license. 3 years of experience in pharmacy medical or customer service setting is strongly preferred but not mandatory Pharmacy Tech License : Yes Critical Thinking & Problem Solving : 3 (3 - Moderately Strong) of 5 (5 - Expert) Customer Service : 3 (3 - Moderately Strong) of 5 (5 - Expert)and 2 years Requirements - At least 3 years experience in a Pharmacy Medical or Customer Service setting - Flexibility to work evening/weekend hours or a holiday rotation as required. - Active PTCB National Certification - Active state of Ohio Pharmacy Technician license additional state licensing is a plus - Ability to obtain other state licenses as needed by the business Skills - You are friendly outgoing and prefer to work with a team in a fast-paced collaborative environment. You are patient empathetic adaptable and flexible. You are enthusiastic about helping patients! - Exceptional interpersonal written and verbal communication skills - Excellent problem-solving skills - Ability to work and thrive in a highly creative collaborative and dynamic environment - Desire to work as a contributing member of a health care team

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $30.00/hr.
