Job Title: Quality Assurance Technician

Job Description

The Quality Assurance Technician will be responsible for ensuring that overall food product quality and safety is enforced throughout the plant.

Work Environment

The position requires working either Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Wednesday from 5:30 am to 6:00 pm, OR Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and every other Wednesday from 5:30 am to 6:00 pm.

Responsibilities

+ Ensure food product quality and safety throughout the plant.

+ Perform quality assurance and quality control activities.

+ Maintain documentation related to quality processes.

+ Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) standards.

Essential Skills

+ 1+ years of quality experience

+ Strong computer and documentation skills

+ Experience in GMP and food manufacturing

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience in QA/QC backgrounds outside of food manufacturing

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Vineland, NJ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
