Job Summary
Industrial Services Contractor specializing in the Oil & Gas industry is seeking a Material Coordinator to support day-to-day operations in the tool room and warehouse. This role works closely with the Warehouse Manager and assists with field service and refinery tool trailer operations. The ideal candidate will ensure tools and materials are organized, inventoried, and maintained for efficient deployment.
Key Responsibilities
+ Maintain accurate inventory of tools and materials.
+ Organize and manage tool room and warehouse operations.
+ Assist with shipping and receiving activities.
+ Support field service and tool trailer restocking.
+ Operate forklifts occasionally to move fabrication tables or pallets.
Required Skills
+ Inventory management and control
+ Tool room and warehouse operations
+ Shipping and receiving
+ Material handling
+ Forklift operation (sit-down propane and electric)
Preferred Knowledge
+ Basic understanding of welding parts and tools (no welding required)
+ Familiarity with general labor and material handling processes
Qualifications
+ Previous experience in inventory control and warehouse operations
+ Forklift certification or experience preferred
+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Vidor, TX.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.
