Job Title: Project Manager - ConstructionJob Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This role involves overseeing and managing construction projects, ensuring quality control, and coordinating with various teams to meet project goals efficiently.

Responsibilities

+ Monitor project expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.

+ Develop comprehensive project plans and organize crew activities with the field team.

+ Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to achieve project objectives efficiently.

+ Ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment to job sites by coordinating with procurement and warehouse teams.

+ Implement and maintain quality control measures throughout the project lifecycle, conducting regular inspections and quality checks.

Essential Skills

+ Proficient in construction management, waterproofing, joint sealants, and expansion joints.

+ Bachelor's degree in Construction Management.

+ Experience in managing crews and handling 2-3 projects over $500k simultaneously.

+ Strong communication skills.

+ Bilingual in Spanish.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience with Division 7 construction, painting, and commercial building projects.

+ Proficiency in blueprint reading, site inspection, and Procore software.

+ Previous experience as a Superintendent in commercial waterproofing projects.

+ Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

+ Ability to manage multiple crews simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lorton, VA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $85000.00/hr.
